The McHale V6750 is an advanced 15-knife chopper variable chamber baler that combines efficiency with robustness, suitable for both contractors and farmers looking to enhance their baling operations. Bale Size Range
The McHale V6750 efficiently produces bales sized between 0.6m (2') and 1.68m (5'6") with the ability to adjust sizes incrementally by 10mm (2/5").


Selectable Knife System
The V6750 supports a selectable knife system, providing configuration choices between 0, 12, 13, and 25 knives. This adaptability allows operators to tailor the chopping length and meet specific operational needs without physically changing knives.


Optional Features
Various enhancements are available, including automatic greasing systems, ISOBUS compatibility for more straightforward integration with modern tractors, and options for camless pick-ups that require less maintenance. Automatic greasing saves labor by reducing the need for manual maintenance after every 1200 bales.


Durability Features
The V6750 incorporates durable components, such as mechanical tailgate locks that maintain bale chamber security and a continuous oiling system that extends the machinery's lifespan by keeping chains lubricated while operational.


Adjustable Binding System
The binding system is designed for high performance, with a capability to accommodate rolls of net wrap ranging up to 1300mm wide, and offers the flexibility to adjust net tension from the comfort of the tractor cab.

High Performance Pick-Up
The V6750 features a 2.1m Profi-Flo pick-up designed for optimal crop intake. This pick-up has been engineered with a tapered feed channel to enhance crop flow toward the rotor, significantly maximizing throughput and reducing the risk of blockages. The design also incorporates a heavier driveline to extend chain life by reducing load.


15-Knife Chopper Unit
As the pivotal component of the V6750, the 15-knife chopper unit delivers a theoretical chop length of 65mm. It features a robust rotor arranged in a spiral layout, ensuring consistent crop flow while minimizing load peaks during operation in heavy swaths. The chopper unit’s knives can be engaged or disengaged from the cab, allowing for flexible use based on crop needs.


Double Drive System
This innovative system provides enhanced belt rotation and bale formation even in challenging conditions. By engaging the double drive, the machine maintains constant belt pressure, resulting in solid and uniform bale formation, especially helpful when dealing with wet or heavy crops.


Expert Plus Control Console
The control console allows for convenient in-cab adjustments of bale density, size, and net applications. It displays real-time feedback such as knife working pressure and bale shape indicators, ensuring optimal operation at all times. The console can also store bale profile settings tailored to different crops.


Adaptive Intake
The adaptive intake design allows the pick-up area to modify height depending on the volume of the crop being harvested. This ensures smooth flow into the chamber and mitigates peak loads, facilitating higher daily throughput, regardless of varying crop conditions.
